The Belly Off! Diet

In 2000 a column in Men’s Health magazine started the now famous Belly Off! Club. It now has over 300,000 members each of whom have dropped a total of 5 million pounds of belly fat. This was accomplished by sharing their diet and fitness regimines that they used everyday. This led to a very successful weight loss program.

They didn't stop there. In 2008 they started Belly Off! Club on MensHealth.com. This online community was created for guys that sought weight loss help.
